In this private session, we'll take a few minutes to discussing how your body, mind, and spirit are feeling. We'll begin to move the body (asana) and practice some breathing techniques (pranayama). Techniques may include vinyasa, meditation, yin, or restorative, depending on your needs of the day. Sound healing included.
Prepare for your session by gathering some props:
-yoga mat or fitness mat
-2 yoga blocks (or household items to sub in, like books)
-a blanket
-two standard bed pillows
-eye mask (optional)
-essential oils or crystals (optional)
